The Food Hall butchery is a busy place. We make our own sausages, cure our own hams, joint and stuff speciality cuts and much more. The meat is West Country raised and, where we can, sourced from farms close by. Our butchers are qualified and experienced and happy to advise or take orders for special occasions. We get great feedback from our customers, which is good because we love to make that Sunday roast or birthday barbecue a cut above the rest.
